Terms of Use

Last updated: 9 October 2026

1. The service

Be12 Console ("Console") is provided by Be12 Media to its clients, team members and approved website members. Client engagements are governed by the service agreement you accept in the Console; employment is governed by your appointment letter and company policies. These terms cover use of the Console itself.

2. Accounts

Keep your password private and turn on two-step verification. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@be12media.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Never share passwords for your business accounts with us — grant partner or user access instead.

3. Membership

Membership is free and subject to approval. Member benefits, offers and codes may change or end at any time, apply only where stated, cannot be exchanged for cash and are limited to one per business unless stated otherwise. Tools such as the Growth Health Check and calculators give general guidance, not guaranteed results.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload unlawful content or malware, attempt to access other people's data, probe or overload the service, or use automated tools to scrape it.

5. Payments

Invoices are payable by the due date shown. Online payments are processed by Razorpay or Stripe under their terms. UPI and bank transfers are confirmed once matched with our bank statement.

6. Electronic records

Agreements, policies and letters accepted in the Console are electronic records and electronic signatures under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We record your typed name, time, IP address and device as evidence of acceptance.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Console available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the Console is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending access

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. When a client engagement or employment ends, access becomes read-only for a limited period and then closes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
