Two-step verification (authenticator apps + recovery codes), breached-password checks, new-device alerts, session control and a full audit log. Bank, PAN and other sensitive details are encrypted at rest with AES-256.

Your data rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can see what we hold, download it, correct it, withdraw optional consent or ask for erasure — right from your dashboard, with a named grievance officer.

Compliant by design

GST tax invoices with CGST/SGST or IGST by place of supply, written appointment letters and full & final settlement timelines under the Labour Codes, and e-signatures under the IT Act, 2000.

Who can use Be12 Console?

Be12 Media clients, Be12 team members and approved website members. Clients and team members join by invite; anyone can apply for a free membership.

What do free members get?

How do clients pay invoices?

By UPI, debit or credit card, net banking, wallets, EMI or Pay Later through Razorpay, by scanning a UPI QR code, or by NEFT/RTGS/IMPS bank transfer — all from the invoice page.

How does offboarding work?

We hand back your creative files and account ownership, remove our access from your accounts, settle the final invoice and keep your portal read-only so you can download invoices and data. Personal data is then deleted per our retention policy.

Is my data safe?

Yes — encrypted connections, encryption at rest for sensitive details, two-step verification for every account and strict separation between clients, team members and members.
